BOOKS FOR CATERPILLARS – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

AT BOOKS FOR CATERPILLARS, OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS OUR CUSTOMERS.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

PRODUCTS SOURCED IN NEW ZEALAND

For eligible products shipped within New Zealand, we charge a $10 shipping fee. These products are shipped via NZ Post.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 business days.

You will receive your order within 3-15 business days from when you've placed your order. This may be extended to up to 45 business days in the case of a natural disaster or other shipping delays outside of our control.

Please email us on admin@booksforcaterpillars.com if you have not received your purchase within 15 business days from making an order with us.

PRODUCTS SOURCED INTERNATIONALLY

We source a number of products internationally, including from China.

We do not charge additional shipping fees for these products. The shipping fee is instead included in the product price.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where your order is delivered via NZ Post, you will be emailed a tracking number upon dispatch of your order. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time via NZ Posts website tracking facilities.

Where your order is delivered via one of our international shipping providers, you may or may not receive a tracking number.

LIABILITY OF BOOKS FOR CATERPILLARS

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Books for Caterpillars will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

Any delivery times provided are an estimate only, and Books for Caterpillars will not be liable for any delays in shipping, including any delays caused by the designated shipping company.

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy as necessary and without notice. We recommend our customers check this Policy for any updates.
